The offer goes to a nearby, well-rated driver, in circles of 3, then 5, then 10 km.

The driver marketplace
Drivers see it in their “Marketplace” feed and can accept, make a counter-offer, or pass.

Once an offer is accepted, the price is firm.
Offer mode is suggested by default for delivery and moving; direct mode is still available. Scheduled rides can also be booked in offer mode.
