In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. The business account
- The account is opened in the name of an organization by a person authorized to bind it, on pro.qlyp.ca.
- The organization designates administrators and managers, and invites members by email or file upload.
- A member may link their personal Qlyp account; the organization never sees their personal rides, only those made with the business account.
2. Spending rules
The organization sets rules (maximum amount, services, zones, schedules, cost centres). Qlyp enforces them at booking time; a ride that falls outside the rules is declined or submitted for the designated approval.
3. Guest rides
- The organization may book for a guest (candidate, client, visitor). It confirms having their consent to provide us with their name and number.
- The guest receives by SMS the driver details, vehicle, boarding code, and a tracking link. Their number is kept for 90 days then deleted, and masked in reports.
4. Prices, billing, and payment
- Prices are Qlyp's standard prices at the time of booking, or fixed-price routes agreed upon in writing with the organization.
- Monthly billing to the registered business card (Stripe), with a monthly statement and detailed invoices (cost centre, purchase order if applicable).
- A declined payment may suspend new bookings until settlement.
5. Reports and data
The organization accesses reports and exports for its business rides, including the GHG report based on the GHG Method published on qlyp.ca. For this data, both the organization and Qlyp are each responsible for protecting it; the organization uses its members' data only to manage their business travel.
6. Q in the portal
The Help page features Q, the automated assistant, which answers based on the Qlyp Pro FAQ and directs to our team when needed.
7. Duration and termination
The organization may close its account at any time; rides already completed remain billable. Qlyp may suspend an account for non-payment, fraud, or breach of these terms, with notice.
8. Governing law
The laws of Québec and Canada apply; the French text prevails. A specific agreement (liability cap, confidentiality, data processing) may be signed at the organization's request.
